Hey! I'm Dan, a startup leader from Aotearoa / New Zealand. Right now, I'm CTO and co-founder at Grw AI - we scale performance for revenue teams with hyper-personalized AI coaching.

I've been obsessed with coding and building products for a long time now. I'm a passionate self-taught generalist, and I'm comfortable jumping between dev, design and product to deliver greatness.

I've been involved in startups since 2020, when I founded my first company, Thirdweb. I've since founded and worked at several more startups - typically where I've been run product, engineering or both.
